Coffee Jute w/ Chaff

San Francisco is a coffee town.  We have several roasters who supply us with their discarded jute sacks which would otherwise end up in the compost bin.  Chaff is the protective skin of the coffee bean that falls off during the roasting process.  It varies in color from light amber to dark brown.
